Tree Farm Tours

Shelby County Tree Farms is offering tours to all those in the community interested in timber management. There will be an award for 2025 Outstanding Tree Farm of the Year presented by the Texas Forestry Association. There will also be presentations from landowner Glenn Gill and consulting forester Bobby Fuchs, regarding pine plantation establishment, site preparation, and techniques. Lunch will be provided.
